I work as an Adjunct Lecturer at Fordham University and an Adjunct Associate Professor at New York City College of Technology, where I teach writing, composition, and occasionally literature. In the past, I’ve worked as a reporter, writing for a local newspaper called the Millerton News, which is focused primarily on print though is accessible online. I have also freelanced for Stacker and Times Union.

I am also a poet, an aspiring ecologist, plant enthusiast, and other things.

I graduated from Columbia University School of the Arts with a MFA in Poetry, and from Carleton College with a BA in English, and a meandering foray into physics.
